For more than 20 years, I’ve led the charge in revolutionizing learning and development.

From launching Indeed’s first customer education program, Indeed Academy, to implementing award-winning learning systems for global brands like Red Bull and TIBCO. My work doesn’t just tick boxes—it wins the hearts and minds of learners and helps shape industries.

My game-changer breakthrough came in the form of a digital classroom for the G7 Summit, which was a first for the industry in connecting learners globally. That success was the spark that ignited the launch of the University of Colorado's online campus—a pioneering venture that set the standard worldwide.
